Welcome to FBC
We understand that visiting a church for the first time can be intimidating. Whether you’re new to FBC or new to church as a whole, we want you to feel welcome. Here’s what you can expect when you come to FBC:
When you come inside, you’ll be greeted by our Welcome Team. If you have any questions, feel free to ask a Welcome Team member. Coffee and bottled water are available. Once inside the Worship Center, sit anywhere you feel comfortable.
Our service begins with welcome and announcements from one of our Deacons. This lets our church family know what events are coming up and how to find more information.
Following announcements, our Worship Team will lead in musical worship. Song lyrics are projected on a large screen so you can sing along or engage with the music however you feel comfortable. Music is a mix of classic hymns and modern worship songs.
One of our church family will read a passage of scripture and pray.
Pastor Trevor will share a hopeful, encouraging message about Jesus that you’ll be able to apply to your daily life.
Service will conclude with a period of response time; during this time, the worship team will play music while anyone who needs prayer, has questions, or wants to make a decision about their faith and next steps is encouraged to speak to Pastor Trevor or any of the team.

How long is the service?
Our services typically last one hour and fifteen minutes.
What is the experience like at FBC?
At FBC, we want the gathering to feel like a family barbecue, not jury duty. Services here are uplifting, engaging, and relevant. It’s not uncommon for Pastor Trevor to crack a joke (or several), but when it comes to talking about Scripture and Jesus, his message is sincere, honest, and grounded in Biblical truth. What should I wear?
We want you to be comfortable at FBC. Come as you are. You will see jeans and t-shirts, suits and ties, shorts and sandals, dresses and heels, and everything in between.
What about my kids?
FBC Kids is our exciting, fun, and engaging program for children ages 4 years through 4th grade. When you arrive, you will use our secure system to check in your children, and they will spend the duration of the service in our kids wing, where they will enjoy music, crafts, snacks, games, and an age-appropriate Bible lesson. After service, they are checked out by their trusted adult.
The last Sunday of each month is Family Sunday; during Family Sunday, kids stay in the sanctuary with their families and take part in the worship service, learning that no matter how young or old we are, we can all do our part to serve God.
Nursery is available each Sunday for children under age 4. They are checked in the same way as older kids and cared for by loving, safety-focused volunteers.
All FBC Kids and Nursery volunteers and workers complete a screening process and a background check to ensure the safety of your children.
