Selfless: Grateful in the Grind

WHAT IF?

• WHAT IF THE WORK IS THE REWARD?

• WHAT IF THE PRIZE IS IN THE PROCESS?

• WHAT IF YOU CAN BE GRATEFUL IN THE GRIND?

THE THREE ENEMIES OF THE TRUE REWARD

• The pillow: the seduction of comfort.

• The shiny thing: the allure of constant distractions.

• The towel: the perpetual temptation to quit.

However, I consider my life worth nothing to me; my only aim is to finish the race and complete the task the Lord Jesus has given me—the task of testifying to the good news of God’s grace. Acts 20:24(NIV)
